Everybody needs a good leader. Most people like to get behind a strong leader; in fact I used to be one of those people because it meant I wasn't in the spotlight. - Like-ability – Your team won't connect with you and will struggle to be loyal if they don't like or respect you. This comes from taking a genuine interest in your team and caring about what might be bothering them, Like-ability and respect come from the often cited learning to love yourself first before others can. If you don't believe you can do something why should anyone else waste his or her time?
- Persuasive – A good leader gets what they want with persuasion i.e. logic and reason and not intimidation. Aggression can be rooted in feelings of inadequacy and does not inspire like-ability.
- Visionary – When your team know exactly what it is you want to achieve and as a result of the clarity of your visions, everybody in your team is certain of your intentions.
In business, you can't be timid! If you don't ask you don't get, forget the penis issues and concentrate on earning more money
The above examples are typical in all leaders but are brought about one personality trait – confidence. Once you start to show these traits and back this up with being good at your job there is little reason why you shouldn't approach your boss and ask for that pay rise or promotion. Even if due to the economic situation they can't grant your request now, your boss will know your ambitions and should try to challenge you more with your everyday work to prove yourself further.
Confidence is something rooted inside you. It comes about through knowing what you're worth. In business, no one really cares about the size of your penis but if your lack of self-confidence is due to having a small penis, they should care! Your talents could lie in your specialist knowledge or ability to crunch numbers but if you don't have the confidence to put yourself forward, everybody loses.
